⚠️ Template for attorney review — not legal advice. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) likely applies; finalize with counsel.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate: our fuel partner and the cardlock networks (to issue cards and process fuel transactions), our payment processor (Stripe), and our CRM/communications and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

4. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of certain sharing. To exercise these rights, contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

5. Data retention & security

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
